Das Ger\u00e4t sollte kompakt, handlich und zylindrisch sein und nur wenig Platz im Inneren beanspruchen. Auf den ersten Blick schien das Luftstromsystem einfach zu sein. In Wirklichkeit wurde es zum wichtigsten technischen Engpass.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Ihr anf\u00e4ngliches Problem war der Luftwiderstand. Das Ger\u00e4t erforderte eine sehr sanfte Inhalationsanstrengung, aber die installierte <a href=\"https:\/\/xufucap.com\/de\/silicone-valves\/\">Silikon-Einwegventil<\/a> f\u00fchrte zu einem sp\u00fcrbaren Widerstand. Nutzer berichteten, dass sich das Atmen durch das Ger\u00e4t \"eingeschr\u00e4nkt\" und unnat\u00fcrlich anf\u00fchlte, insbesondere bei der Inhalation mit geringem Fluss.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Die Ursache daf\u00fcr war der \u00d6ffnungsdruck des Ventils. W\u00e4hrend der Tests erzeugte das Ventil h\u00f6rbare Flatter- und Luftstromger\u00e4usche. Anstelle eines gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und kontinuierlichen Luftstroms \u00f6ffnete sich das Ventil nur sto\u00dfweise. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer pulsierenden Luftstr\u00f6mung, was die Leistung weiter verschlechterte.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Die Abdichtung stellte eine andere Herausforderung dar. Das Ventil musste sich zwar leicht \u00f6ffnen lassen, aber auch einen zuverl\u00e4ssigen R\u00fcckflussschutz gew\u00e4hrleisten. Bei mehreren Prototypen gelang es nicht, diese beiden Anforderungen miteinander in Einklang zu bringen, was zu Leckagen bei niedrigem R\u00fccklaufdruck f\u00fchrte.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfenbeschr\u00e4nkungen machten alles noch schwieriger. Das Ventil musste in ein sehr schmales zylindrisches Geh\u00e4use passen. Die standardm\u00e4\u00dfigen Entenschnabelgeometrien waren entweder zu gro\u00df oder erforderten strukturelle Kompromisse, die die Leistung beeintr\u00e4chtigten.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Aus Sicht des Benutzers f\u00fchrten all diese Probleme zu einem einzigen Ergebnis: schlechter Atemkomfort.
