El dispositivo deb\u00eda ser compacto, port\u00e1til y cil\u00edndrico, con estrictas limitaciones de espacio interno. A primera vista, el sistema de flujo de aire parec\u00eda sencillo. En realidad, se convirti\u00f3 en el principal cuello de botella de la ingenier\u00eda.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Su problema inicial era la resistencia al flujo de aire. El dispositivo requer\u00eda un esfuerzo de inhalaci\u00f3n muy suave, pero la <a href=\"https:\/\/xufucap.com\/es\/silicone-valves\/\">v\u00e1lvula unidireccional de silicona<\/a> introduc\u00eda una resistencia notable. Los usuarios informaron de que la respiraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del dispositivo se sent\u00eda \"restringida\" y antinatural, especialmente durante la inhalaci\u00f3n de bajo flujo.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">La causa principal era la presi\u00f3n de apertura de la v\u00e1lvula. La presi\u00f3n de apertura era simplemente demasiado alta para la aplicaci\u00f3n prevista. Durante las pruebas, la v\u00e1lvula gener\u00f3 ruidos audibles de aleteo y flujo de aire. En una aplicaci\u00f3n de inhalaci\u00f3n, incluso las perturbaciones ac\u00fasticas menores se amplifican porque el dispositivo se utiliza cerca de la cara del usuario. El resultado fue una experiencia molesta y desagradable.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">El propio flujo de aire tambi\u00e9n era inestable. En lugar de una trayectoria de aire suave y continua, la v\u00e1lvula mostraba un comportamiento de apertura intermitente. Esto creaba pulsaciones en el flujo de aire, degradando a\u00fan m\u00e1s el rendimiento.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">El sellado planteaba un reto diferente. Aunque la v\u00e1lvula deb\u00eda abrirse con facilidad, tambi\u00e9n ten\u00eda que impedir el reflujo. Varios prototipos no consegu\u00edan equilibrar estos dos requisitos, lo que provocaba fugas en condiciones de baja presi\u00f3n inversa.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Las limitaciones de tama\u00f1o lo hac\u00edan todo m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil. La v\u00e1lvula ten\u00eda que encajar en una carcasa cil\u00edndrica muy estrecha. Las geometr\u00edas est\u00e1ndar eran demasiado grandes o exig\u00edan compromisos estructurales que afectaban al rendimiento.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Desde el punto de vista del usuario, todos estos problemas se combinaban en un \u00fanico resultado: escasa comodidad respiratoria. El dispositivo funcionaba t\u00e9cnicamente, pero no resultaba agradable.
