Durante i test, la valvola ha generato un rumore udibile di oscillazione e di flusso d'aria. Anche all'interno dello stesso lotto, le valvole presentavano notevoli variazioni nella pressione di apertura. Lo scarso controllo delle tolleranze ha fatto s\u00ec che le valvole non si inserissero con precisione nell'alloggiamento cilindrico. Ci\u00f2 comportava problemi di tenuta, disallineamento e problemi di assemblaggio.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">La qualit\u00e0 dello stampaggio variava notevolmente. Le sezioni a parete sottile, fondamentali per la progettazione di valvole a bassa pressione di apertura, erano spesso inconsistenti o soggette a difetti. La maggior parte dei fornitori offriva solo prodotti a catalogo. Quando il cliente richiedeva una valvola duckbill personalizzata con geometria specifica e caratteristiche ultra-morbide, la risposta si limitava spesso a piccoli aggiustamenti piuttosto che a una vera e propria ottimizzazione del progetto.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">L'incapacit\u00e0 di produrre una minivalvola in silicone affidabile, con una bassa pressione di rottura e una tenuta stabile, ha costretto il cliente a ripetuti cicli di test. Ogni iterazione ha richiesto nuove regolazioni degli utensili, convalida e test di integrazione.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Questo processo ha consumato mesi di tempo per lo sviluppo. Al posto delle mescole standard, abbiamo sviluppato una formulazione di silicone pi\u00f9 morbida, appositamente studiata per le applicazioni a bassa pressione di apertura. Questo ha permesso ai labbri delle valvole di rispondere pi\u00f9 facilmente a differenze di pressione minime.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Successivamente, abbiamo ottimizzato la geometria del duckbill. Piccole modifiche alla lunghezza della fessura, allo spessore della parete e all'angolo del labbro hanno avuto un impatto significativo sulle prestazioni. Affinando questi parametri, abbiamo creato una valvola in silicone morbido che si apre senza problemi in condizioni di flusso d'aria molto basso, mantenendo una chiusura affidabile.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Il comportamento del flusso d'aria \u00e8 stato affrontato con regolazioni interne del percorso del flusso. Abbiamo ridotto al minimo la turbolenza smussando le transizioni e garantendo una deformazione costante della valvola durante il funzionamento. Eliminando le transizioni brusche e riducendo i punti di vibrazione, abbiamo ottenuto una valvola di ritegno per inalazione sensibilmente pi\u00f9 silenziosa. La differenza \u00e8 stata immediatamente evidente durante i test con gli utenti.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Per far fronte ai vincoli dimensionali, abbiamo progettato una valvola duckbill compatta e personalizzata, adattata all'alloggiamento cilindrico del cliente. La valvola ha mantenuto le prestazioni pur adattandosi con precisione allo spazio limitato, eliminando i precedenti problemi di assemblaggio.<\/p><p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\">Le prestazioni di tenuta sono state convalidate sia in condizioni di pressione in avanti che di pressione inversa.
